1.Go to app.perfectforms.com
2.Enter your Email and Password information and click Log In.
3.Some systems may require entering additional information besides a password. This could be an e-mail address, a Staff ID or a system User ID. PerfectApps will then perform a look-up to validate your information. If you are unsure of the ID you need to enter, contact your PerfectApps administrator.

It is possible to have user accounts (which use e-mail addresses as the primary User ID) in more than one PerfectApps On-Demand account. If your e-mail address is linked to multiple accounts, when you log in to PerfectApps you will be asked which account you want to use. |
