This application consists of five pages to manage a request to attend a professional development event and associated cost reimbursement. The first page collects details of the employee and the event. The second contains the expense fields, and the third page includes the initial approvals before the event. Once the event is over, the fourth page includes any permissions required for expenses exceeding the approved initial limit. The final page captures the request history, along with any comments added at different process stages.

Should you wish to use this application, modifications will be required after the application has been imported into your system.
The Work Location drop-down will need to be modified to show your correct locations and location managers' e-mail addresses.
The Manager Role will need to be linked to the value of the work location drop-down.
In normal circumstances, the other roles will always be held by the same person or group, so it’s not necessary to identify them in the application. However, the role can be linked directly to a user or group in your system or to an individual e-mail address. This will need to be done prior to publishing the application.

To download this application and related details, click here. Then extract and import into your system. Log on to PerfectApps, go to the Apps Workspace and click the Import button. Then select the (.PA or .PF) file you saved locally and continue through the import steps.
