To reset a user password: |
1.Go to the Settings Dashboard and expand the Account Settings > Users > Users tree nodes. 2.Navigate to the user and select that name to load their information into the details area. 3.Click the Send Password-Link button. The user will be sent an e-mail containing a link to a page that allows them to create a new password. If the link is not clicked within 24 hours it will expire and if a password change is needed another link will have to be sent. |
