If you have a Full User account with the Users and Account privileges, you will have access to the Settings Dashboard which contains the Users view.
The Users View allows you to manage:
•Users - Individual people and their user details
•User-Groups - Collections of users
•Positions - An organizational position filled by a single user
The Users View also allows you to sync users with a directory service.
