This is a single-page application to manage vacation requests.
The request, Department Head approval, and HR Acknowledgment are all managed on a single page.

Should you wish to use this application, modifications will be required after the application has been imported into your system.
The Department Head Role needs to be linked to the value of the Department drop-down object value, and that drop-down object needs to be modified to include the correct email addresses for your Department Heads. You may well also want to make modifications to your list of Departments, too.
In normal circumstances, the HR Role is always held by the same person, so it’s not necessary to identify them in the application. However, the HR role can be linked directly to a user in your system or to the HR Manager’s e-mail address. This will need to be done prior to publishing the application.

To download this application and related details, click here. Then extract and import into your system. Log on to PerfectApps, go to the Apps Workspace and click the Import button. Then select the (.PA or .PF) file you saved locally and continue through the import steps.
