In many cases, you may have supplementary questions, or a whole page, that only needs to be shown if specific responses have been made to previous questions, otherwise, the questions or pages may be skipped.
Accomplishing this in a Workflow application takes a little more work than in a simpler non-workflow environment.
When the app instance is opened for the first time the supplementary questions should be hidden but on subsequent re-openings of the instance, they should be visible but protected or hidden based on the responses already made.

To download this app, click here. Then extract and import the app. Log on to PerfectApps, go to the Apps Workspace and click the Import button. Then select the app file you saved locally (.PA or .PF) and continue through the import steps.
