Workflow Properties allow you to assign users to roles within the app. Roles can be assigned to a user, user-group, position (defined on the Settings Dashboard from the Users tree) or an e-mail address. Roles can help you limit user access to fields and pages or receive notifications about the app as it moves through the workflow.
