Help icons can be found throughout the App Designer and Report Designer. These icons are context sensitive. For example, if you click the Help icon in the properties panel with an object selected, the appropriate topic will be shown.
A Help Center dialog containing links to support documentation and how-to videos shows on start-up of the App or Report Designers by default. To turn off this default option, de-select the Show at Startup option on the Help Center dialog. If you turn off the Help Center but want to access it later, choose the Help Center option from the View menu.
