You may only need to control the state of a app object for a role during one particular workflow stage.
To set the field state of an object based on one stage and role combination:
1.With an app loaded in the App Designer, select Object Markers - On from the View menu. 2.Select the app object(s) for which you want to manage the state. 3.On the Navigation Panel, select the Role for which the app object should be displayed in this state. 4.Select the stage in which the app object should be displayed in this manner to the selected role. 5.In the Properties panel, select the state from the list. This app object will be displayed in this manner when the selected role is accessing the app during the selected stage. |
