An app can be set to any size you prefer. When the app size is modified, all pages associated with the app are set to that specified app size. To change the app size, complete the following steps:

Click on the app layout background (area surrounding the page layout) to open the App Properties.
In App Properties, expand the Settings section and enter the Width and Height, or choose from one of the pre-defined options in the drop-down.
