Using the Notifications Dashboard is a convenient way of posting notifications. Dashboard notifications are the preferred method for someone handling a lot of approvals or who regularly logs in. This means that users do not spend time parsing email messages that become redundant information. The Notifications Dashboard draws attention to all app instances needing attention.

A Full User or Basic User license is required to access the PerfectApps portal to view the Notifications Dashboard. |
If a user does not have a Full or Basic license then it will be necessary to send them notifications by email.
