Complete the steps below to fill in an app and submit an app instance. There are a variety of methods of accessing an app for the purpose of filling it in. Depending on whether you have a basic user or full user account, these access methods include:
•From a link contained in a system e-mail
•From the app details on the Dashboard
•On a Web page that has an app embedded in it.
The following steps for filling in a new app instance are valid for full or basic users. Note that you must have been granted permission to view the app by the app owner in order for it to show in your View Apps tree. (For additional information on permissions see the Granting App Permissions topic.)
1.Go to the Apps Dashboard. 2.In the View Apps tree, navigate to the app for which you want to create a new instance. 3.In the details area, click New Instance. 4.Fill in the required fields and click Submit. |

Note: If, for any reason, you open more than one copy of an app instance, you will only be permitted to submit one of the open app instances. |
