The View Apps tree allows you to view app instances you have created or have been involved with. You can view a summary of all open and closed instances related to an app by selecting the app from the tree.

When viewing the summary of app instances, the View and Details buttons will be disabled until you are viewing an app instance with which you are involved (for example: you are part of the approval process, have received a notification, or have some other role related to the app). |
You can view a specific app instance by navigating to the instance in the tree and then clicking View. Access the data history of an instance or the details including notifications.
