The Archiving functionality is only available to Full users who have had the 'Archiving' option turned on in the Settings Dashboard > Users area. Once this option is turned on, users can then archive app instances, restore archived app instances and permanently delete archived app instances for apps on which they are the app owner.
To turn on the Archiving functionality for a user: |
1.Navigate to the Settings Dashboard.
2.Expand the Account Settings > Users > Users tree nodes.
3.Select the desired user from the tree then select the Archiving check box in the Role section.
Archiving must first be enabled in the Administration Console before the 'Archiving' option is displayed at the user level. |
