It is important that each app instance be named uniquely for easy identification later. You should control this from the App Properties and Settings section.
While there are four options here, the two most useful ones are the Value of a Field, which allows you to use data in a field on the app as the name, and the Formula option, which allows you to use data from more than one field on the app.
