The Is Closed Stage property indicates that the stage can be considered an end state for the app instance. Once a workflow reaches a closed stage, all outstanding notifications, reminders and escalations are canceled for that app instance.
To mark a stage as closed, select the stage and select Is Closed Stage on the Stage Properties panel. Any stage can have its Is Closed Stage property set. A closed stage is displayed in a dark blue color on the workflow diagram.
It is recommended that you specify one or more closed stages. If you don't specify a closed stage, then the instance will always show as 'Open' in the PerfectApps console. |
